Pete began his career with Alexander Associates in 2005, starting as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the Built Environment. He later transitioned into the Space sector, aligning his role with a long-standing personal passion.
Now serving as Chief Operating Officer, Pete leads the growth of our Space division, partnering with some of the most innovative companies in the industry. In addition to driving strategic expansion, he is focused on enhancing operational excellence and strengthening standards across the business.
