Alexander Associates are representing a growing consultancy seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Water Infrastructure division across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Job Specifications:

• Lead multidisciplinary Water Infrastructure engineering teams
• Oversee project delivery across treatment, conveyance and utility infrastructure projects
• Manage project financials, staffing and operational performance
• Support office growth and strategic business initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with municipal and public sector clients
• Mentor Project Managers and senior engineering staff
• Play a key role in long-term regional expansion efforts

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of Water Infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong leadership and operational management background
• PE License required
• Experience managing large municipal infrastructure projects
• Strong business development and client management skills
